Group Tours

Interested in planning a group tour?

We've got you covered. We'll help you schedule the perfect day to visit and show you what "Smaller. Smarter." is really about. We look forward to showing your group all that TXWES has to offer. Group tours are offered for larger groups of 10 to 40 high school and community college students. 

We currently do not offer in-person/guided tours for elementary aged students. Here is a link to our virtual tour of campus.

Group Tour Policies and Procedures

• All groups must submit a group tour request. 
• High School & Community College groups are given priority.
• Groups must provide one chaperone per 10 students.
• Campus tours last around one and half hours.
• Admission Presentation is optional for groups of high school juniors, seniors and college students. Plan for an additional 30 minutes to your visit. 
• On-the-spot admissions is optional for groups of high school seniors. Students must apply before visit and submit official transcript on or before date of visit. 
• Groups have the option for lunch on campus (group must pay) and a visit to our bookstore. 
• We require at least a two-week advance notice for group visits to ensure proper accommodations.
